Have you hit Daddy Hot Bird, or whatever Brock's hot chicken pop up is called, at Barrel Proof yet?

I was impressed by the degree of flavor he got from his seasoning blend. Wasn't super blown away by the collard greens, but the chicken itself was on point.

Have tried Southerns Nashville Chicken popup at Secondline. Will give this other one a shot. Like good fried chicken, but not burn your arse kind of hot.

I'd like to try Thali Llama. Menu always looks good.

I feel like there was a Trinidadian one, but the name escapes me.
