Does anyone know if they sell retail? If not, where is the best place to buy snapper/grouper in the NOLA metro area ?

Fairly certain they do not sell retail.
Try Restaurant Depot or Whole Foods.

Unless something's changed, I'm pretty sure they don't. Which is why BlackenedOut's post was sort of odd. I think you can get in with any business license, but that's probably a hassle for most folks.

I believe you would need a membership to shop there.
I sometimes see Grouper that looks fresh at Roberts/Lakeview Grocery. Never had a problem with Whole Foods fish quality.

I havea card from my neighbor who owns a business. I think all you need is a Tax ID to open an account.

You do ... State registration or Fed tax ID .. You also have to prove you are a decision maker when you go to you get the plastic pass.
