Perkins Rowe was just sold to new owners so maybe it will help them

Won't happen. Ian doesn't even live here anymore and he's pretty happy with his Lava Cantina location in Dallas (and his other businesses). Plus he now has his hands more in larger act music promotion. I pretty sure his company was supposed to start booking things for the River Center starting in 2020, but I think Covid axed that.

But yeah it would be nice to have live music on this side of town.
