Try Cajun Traditions. The original owner of Richard’s sausage just opened a new plant in church point. Richards has been butchered since he sold it many many years ago. He is invested with 2 or 3 people and wants to mass produce good sausage again. They recently have been put in stores around the area and will expand state wide soon. Just a friend passing it along. They also are making boudin as well

I know one of the owners and am waiting to see it in the store.

What I don’t understand is why even make the boudin? That style of boudin is always terrible.

What do you mean by “that style of boudin”? What style are they making?

They sold out, took the money, and now you want us to support them again? Nah, I'll just stick with the other local companies who kept their brand going.
