Cant figure out which pot/pan set to use.

Go to a restaurant supply store and load up. That stuff is made to get beat to hell in a restaurant. It’ll last you a long time.

Which pieces do you foresee using a lot? What is most important to you?

I use a lot of copper and thick aluminum disc based pieces for different things.

Honestly I just want a nonstick, I can cook a egg on.
But I hear the high heat can crack/warp some of these pans.

The problem with high heat on nonstick is that the lining deteriorates quickly with high heat. No reason to cook eggs on high heat. Pick up a $15 nonstick from Sam’s in the restaurant supply section. Much thicker aluminum than most cheap non-stick.

Why would you cook an egg on such high heat?

Buy the non stick pans at Costco or Sam’s, turn the heat down and cook your eggs. They will chip after a couple years before they will warp. Then toss and buy another.

Are you guys having any of the, toxic effects of the non stick cook ware?

It has been circling the internet for a while.

It does scare me a little.

But yes I can lower the temp. All of the tips are appreciated.
