Was given a small variety of peppers, and though i like hot stuff, im a lil timid about these. Looking for suggestions on what I can do with them, and not destroy my insides (if that's possible) TIA

A few reapers, scorpions, and ghost

Buffalo wings

ETA: Actually I'd probably use a small amount of them to make some hot arse curry sauce. Enjoy over jasmine rice.

Nothing. Just cutting those up will cause your eyes and fingertips to melt off.

Put in a jar with a few garlic cloves and a few carrots then pour hot white vinegar over and seal. Let steep and put a few drops on cooked mustard, collards or spinach or roasted beets.

Have you tasted each of them? I've had ghost peppers but never tried the other two so I would at least taste a raw sample of each to acquaint myself with their flavor. Then I'd probably incorporate them into other dishes I make with hot peppers just to kick things up a notch. Tacos especially.

Doubt im brave enoughto sample them raw.

Leaning towards making some infused salts.

Maybe a hot pepper jelly, but it will probably be pretty hot. Whatever you do, use gloves when fooling with them.

I have a friend that dries out her scorpion peppers and makes a seasoning blend for house made biltong. That stuff is amazing. Grab a small pinch like chewing tobacco and enjoy the flavor and numbing heat.

THIS!

And do not accidentally touch your eye, privates or anything else with your hands after messing with them.
