Gendusa's. Cant believe I had never been before. Think that was the best pizza I ever had. and those meatballs...

Their pizza is amazing. The Kevin Centanni Pizza plus some meat toppings is ridiculous. Seafood lasagna, although rich, is also very good. I've been bragging on this place for a while.

Ted's Most Best in Athens. Small Italian place converted from an old auto garage. Had a great brick oven pizza and the house dressing was insanely good. They have a sriracha honey from a local place in Athens that was really good as well. Will definitely be back there.

Marjie’s Grill.

I was thoroughly impressed with their execution. I started a list on restaurants in Nola I wanted to try as long as I am living here, in which they were in it, but had forgotten about them. When I helped a friend move into the area, we decided to go tonight and I was not disappointed. I will be back to try more in the future. If you like quirky/hipster places like turkey and and wolf or war bucks, marjie’s Is the same feel but better food

GW Fins and the reincarnation of Gabrielle. Both successful experiences, but I’d go back to Gabrielle first.
