My Local Chick-Fil-A Has Started to Slip

Last week, my server wasn't in a particularly good mood. It wasn't a McDonald's type experience mind you, but something was definitely off.
This morning was a disaster. Instead of bringing me my Dine In breakfast, they just stood behind the counter and screamed my name for two minutes. I was too stunned to move, but eventually got up and got it myself. To top it off, the tater tots were cold, and there were french fry remnants in the box.
Is this a sign of the End Times? Are cracks in our civilization beginning to show? Should I consider moving?

A bad service experience at CFA is like a wrinkle in space/time. It shouldn't be ignored.....

Maybe it was their friendly chick file a way of saying you should move some more

Call and talk with the manager. Corporate owns that location, and it is in his best interest to address any issues.

Yeah id talk to a manager. Youd likely get free chicken out of it

Who eats inside a Chick Fil A?

I prefer to eat food sitting down. From a plate or a tray. As opposed to eating out of my lap while riding down the road. Crazy, I know, but it works for me.

I'll hit the drive thru for breakfast or milkshake, but I go inside otherwise... I can't properly sop my nuggets in Polynesian sauce going down the road.

Just think how stunned the AAs were hearing that called out.

Unacceptable. See to it that this gets corrected.

... many of us have forgotten that "back in the olden days," you HAD to eat inside Chick-Fil-A, as they were only in shopping malls. They didn't build the first stand-alone until the early 90's.

i prefer going into the restaurant. always get quicker service than waiting in the double lane drive thru that's 15 cars deep in each lane.

The one across from my work is one you have to go inside. They're bordered on one side by a parking garage and the other by a Subway and a Law office. Some of the best service, even by CFA standards. It is that personal touch.
