Had it for the first time today. Got the McDonald burger. It was very good. I thought the fries were fantastic. Much better than 5 Guys.
Lunch crowd started out slow, but picked up. Still need more people if they want to be successful.
Who's in charge of the hiring there? I'll just say that they don't have the same philosophy as Hooters, Walk Ons, etc. They are in desperate need of a better looking wait staff.

I've been once. My meal was good and very well priced. I was pleasantly surprised. They need to do something with the place to make it stand out more. It just looks like champps with a mugshots sign out front.
Also, did I miss something with the menu? I feel like there isn't much variety...

LOL It's a burger joint. They had tons of sandwiches, burgers, and even a few pastas and salads. What more do you want?

I just picked up from Mugshots and was very impressed. I order out almost every single day. Pretty much every restaurant either:
A. Tells you it will be 20 minutes, finishes the food in 5, lets it sit at the front desk for 15
or
B. Tells you it will be 20 minutes, takes 15 more minutes to cook it once you arrive.
Mugshots called me while I was on my way to tell me they'd be finished with my food soon and wanted to know how far away I was so that it wasn't left out to get cold. I know that's a simple gesture that you'd think many places would do but this is the only place that's ever done it and I was quite pleased to get hot food when I arrived to pick up.

i told my neighbor about it .. so the dumbass goes mcdonald's, gets a freaking quarter pounder, and slathers a glob of peter pan on it ..

I bring lunch a good bit. But my boss recently left and she had the microwave. I need to buy a new one. I can't eat sandwiches every day.
I need hot food.
Once I get another microwave in there, I won't order out as much.

I gave it a quick try right when it opened to catch a bit of a saints game while working ... walked in sat at the bar and nobody even looked my way for 5 minutes so i left and went next door.
They had what appeared to be a hand painted sign ... no apparent sense of urgency ... the best burger in the world cannot over come that.
i would give it one more chance, but step it up people

I think their menu is extensive enough for what's supposed to be a sports bar. its a little family oriented for any big game however. I felt bad sitting there having liquor at noon on a Sunday with a friend and yelled "son of a bitch" after Shanle gave up the pass to Rice and looking over and seeing a family
