Saba
Mopho is good but Saba is much more refined and better all around atmosphere, drinks, etc...

I haven't been to Saba. I've been to Mopho a million times. I don't think I'd recommend them for their atmosphere. Hangover pho is my favorite pho in the city.

For me it's Mopho all day every day. I don't really get the appeal of Saba/Shaya as a destination type place.

Dammit, that's what I was thinking, NOT Mopho.
I get an argument for Saba over MoPho. Mopho is a much more casual type place, though, and I probably prefer it all things being equal. I do understand an argument that Saba is a better restaurant, though.

If you are doing that then replace Saba with Shaya and go to Shaya.

Shaya doesn't really seem to do much at Saba at this point. Guess he owns the menu though.
