Mississippi State Cheese Shop taking orders

The online cheese shop opened today, taking 2026 orders with earliest ship date Nov. 9.
I got the Maroon Gift Pack with a 1-pound Vallagret Wheel, a 1.5-pound Edam Ball, a 1-pound Cheddar Cheese block and a 8-ounce container of Jalapeno Spread.
$65 plus $21 shipping. Worth it. It keeps forever in the refrigerator. I've had a contained of the jalapeno cheese spread that I got in November, forgot about it, and didn't open until early the next summer. Expected to find fuzz growing in it, but it was good to go.
Order early. I delayed last year, and a couple things were sold out.

The Vallagret is my favorite.
Had some of our muscadine ripple ice cream at the game this weekend too. Great stuff
Reminds me I need to go by our cheese store on campus when I go back and grab a couple things

Edam is the only cheese that is made backwards
