I agree, just like the people in River Ridge enjoy McDonald's. It doesn't really mean anything.

Why then is it fair to make this assumption?

You're right. Not all of RR likes simple food.

Just the small sample size of people I know

i think it has more to do with people not having many other options. But it is usually crowded, especially during breakfast and peak lunch time.

Blackened Out is correct in his responses. We did exactly as we had intended and was about a far from "Flopping wildly" as one could get.
We provided the best food in the area at very reasonable prices (almost too low). If it was too wild for some. well..I don't know what to say. Get out more?
It was a great success. We increased it's market value solidly and sold it for double digits more than the going restaurant prices. This is enabling us to move on with another project closer to where there actually is a dining pulse and not a heart monitor pulse.
As for the debacle that was mentioned on another string, I was there...I didn't like it, but it simply was what it was. We had to run stuff out, for that I apologize Craig. I have never, nor WOULD ever serve frozen fish with " fake grill marks"
