And let's not forget AB InBev bought SAB Miller Coors. There's a bunch of strings attached to the acquisition, but still.

"America's Finest Imperial Stout, Brewed with Rocky Mountain Spring Water”

was Terrapin in trouble? i really dont drink their IPA's but do enjoy the stouts
I guess its a matter of time before controlling interest from any of these mass producing beer companies will ultimately degrade the microbrewer’s creativity and independence

InBev bought Elysian and 10 Barrel in the last couple of years. I haven't noticed a change in their beers, and everything still seems to be run locally. The big difference that I see is that Elysian products are now available in LA, because they have been able to ramp up their production and tap into InBevs distribution network.

i'm not sure what happened with Goose Island. I think they tried to expand production on their BA beers and it may not have worked as they thought.

I know you are being sarcastic, but if Parish can increase production and get a good large regional distribution going, they will purchased.
