Going to the area later this week and have never been. Any hidden gems that are shouldn't miss?

Skip Rosas thats a chain, head south on Big Springs street past downtown and you will be in Little Mexico. Awesome street tacos and Mexican food. Mid/Odessa has the best Mexican food.

Raising Cane’s and walk-on’s are super popular out there, if you can believe that

Taco Villa twice a day.

My wife is a TV junkie, every time we go back she loads up. Kids are not from WTX and they don't like it. It edible but its a nostalgia thing for me. moved to midland in 85 from New Iberia as a 13 YO and had no idea what Mexican food was. So it was taco bell and Taco villa. Then Rosas came along.
Now Mid/Od are full of bad arse restaurants.

Like I said before the Mexican food out there is on another level
