Does anybody know of any good YouTube channels that are comparable to the Cajun ninja for other ethnic dishes? I’m looking for simple clear video to reproduce ethnic dishes. It could be any kind of cuisine. Mexican, Italian, Asian, Mediterranean, etc are all included in this request.

I would love to watch a video of an old woman cursing and cooking soul food. Matty Mattison is one of my favorite personalities in a kitchen, followed by Action Bronson.
