Mexican catering rec in BR (mainly tacos)

I’m looking for a spot that might do pre-made taco platters for a party coming up. I’ve looked into a few different places (Fuzzy's, Zippy's, Izzo’s, etc.) but most are offering fajita platter type catering.
Any place in BR that does this type of thing?

This is an insanely easy DIY job.

Izzos I think does taco stuff for catering. Looks like a good deal on the poster in the place

Rum house maybe.
Generally restaurants don’t like to do pre-made tacos cause they fall apart in 2 minutes.

Honestly, if you're for whatever reason not wanting it build-you-own style, you may as well get the Taco Bell and let everyone grab as many wrapped up tacos as they want.
I can't imagine anyone caters already assembled tacos. I guess you could ask them though.

How many tacos are we talking about? I don’t know why you wouldn’t just make the meat yourself and set out trays of toppings and shells and let people make their own. It’s so easy to make a huge batch of ground meat and you can even make a batch of shredded chicken. No one is going to premake tacos. They go all soggy and fall apart within minutes.

Yeah that’s why I don’t understand why fajitas are an issue. Just get a couple pans of steak/chicken/shrimp, tortillas, and the toppings from any local restaurant.

Thanks for the replies. DIY honestly never crossed my mind for some reason (bc idiot). Lived in Texas too long and got used to the pre-made taco scene.
