I really like it, I just don't go very often.
Part of the same family that used to own and run Carlo's, I believe that's his dad, he retired.

His uncle Joe owns El Rio Grande, Carlos`s was some part of the family and either Carlos`s son or Joe`s son tried his attempt at the Taco Boudreaux that failed on Sherwood that is now Lee`s Hamburgers.

It was around 2003-2004. I worked off Sherwood then and went often. Jim and his brother Carlos (sons of Carlos who ran Carlos' *YUM*) are super awesome guys. And the food is great!

El Rio Grande is my favorite Tex Mex in town. Strangely, I've never been to Mestizo's nor Carlos's.
