I have been lurking here for a while. I love all of your recipes.

I was wondering if you had a recipe for a good all purpose seasoning mix.

I made up your creole seasoning and WOW it is awesome!!!

Thank you for your help. :)

I also would love to hear from all of the other chefs and cooks here too...

I'm not MD (MHisNBPF), but my AP seasoning recipe is:

3c Kosher Salt
1/4c Ground White Pepper
1/4c Granulated Garlic
1/4t MSG

This is the general seasoning blend I make and keep in my spice rack. I usually work in Tablespoon measures since that makes close to a full bottle the size I use.

2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
4 teaspoons Black Pepper
4 teaspoons onion powder
4 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder

Make this, taste and decide before using it. If you like, make it salt free and add salt to whatever you are cooking to taste.

When I read this topic on the board it made me audibly chuckle.
Was funny.
Thanks for the laugh.
