If you have a Kitchen Aid mixer, they make meat grinder attachments for it.

LEM mighty bite, small but works really well. Used it before stepping up to a larger one.

LEM #10 stainless steel grinder. It is a hand crank model but does go through meat pretty fast. I took the advice of many who've gone before me in making their own sausage and put the meat in the freezer to really firm it up after trimming and cutting it into workable pieces. That makes grinding it much easier.

I did use it initially as a stuffer to make my sausages, but opted for a designated sausage stuffing apparatus that works WAY better and is a one man operation. Using the LEM #10 to stuff casings pretty much requires 3 hands to do well, 1 to load the meat into the grinder, one to turn the crank and 1 to deal with the sausage as it is cased.

The barrels of these are small and heat up fast, cause smear and ruins the batch. If OP is serious about grinding, buy a dedicated one like the LEM mentioned. If not, just ask a butcher to grind it for you.

I got one from Harbor Freight years ago. I've maybe used it 10-15 times and it has been serviceable enough for limited use. I usually use it for making burgers. I've used it once for Boudin.

OP if you’re near BR and want to try out the Mighty Bite I’d lend mine to see if it’s a fit for you.

Any hand crank can be turned into a powered grinder with a drill and bolt stuck in the back
