Matzah is the GOAT transmittal device

I know a lot of us southern baws are unfamiliar with this Jewish staple, but matzah is a great snacking/party food. It's basically a large unsalted cracker that can be topped with or dipped in virtually anything:
cheese, chicken salad, tuna salad, tapenade, chocolate, foie gras, meats, butter, etc.
Can be dipped in anything you would normally dip chips, crackers, or bread in. You can make flatbread-type pizza with it. Stays fresh and crunchy for a very long time.
I was recently turned on to matzah (also spelled "matzo") and IMO it is far superior to saltines, ritz crackers, and other similar crackers. Also, matzo ball soup is f'n delicious.
Shabbat shalom.
