Making lamb for the first time

How long do you cook it on each side. Ice got a genises 310 grill and lamb shoulder chops

I think shoulder chops are less tender and require a decent braise. As far as each side, I'd hit them until browned, then add braising liquid.

Google a recipe.

ETA: Looks like you can grill them. although they might be tough, I'd hit them for a couple of minutes a side on very high heat

Cooked a rack in the oven over the weekend then seared. Took it out of the oven when the internal temp was 125 and it was perfectly cooked after searing

Shoulder chops are fantastic on the grill cooked to about medium. Possible my favorite cut of my favorite protein
