$11 local sourced grass fed burger, $35 local sourced grass fed and grass finished ribeyes, amazing potato salad and a 22 page whiskey menu.

This is great value for the money and that ribeye is the best steak I've had in a restaurant in ages.

Bonus they are a butcher shop and I realize it was a Monday night but nice to pull up and park right in front. The service was also excellent.

Highly recommend if you're in this area.

They should know better. The Irish spell it whiskey like we do.

ETA: And the plural of whiskey is whiskeys.

Yeah its a pretty tasty place, still prefer the burger at Tremont Tavern though.

Tremont has some amazing burgers, but the crowd is less than. Main Street Meats butcher shop is great. Can be pricey, but they can get you anything you want if they don’t already have it.

Didn’t realize there are so many fellow tigers here in Chattanooga.

If y’all are looking for a good meat selection, Don’s in Hixson has just about anything you could want.

About 2 minutes from my house. They have good andouille and regularly run great deals on Ribeyes.
