Decided to play around with Mac and cheese recipes today. Made 3 batches with the last probably being my favorite. Also did some fondant potatoes to go with the herb crusted lamb. Lamb came out surprisingly well for the first time doing the herb crust.

Also made a scratch vanilla pudding to pair with some wafer crumble.

Looks awesome. I’ve always wanted to do with lamb a really herby Mac n cheese. Basically just fold some Boursin into pasta and top with bread crumbs studded with garlic and parsley.

I'm a huge fan of fondant potatoes and that lamb looks lit! Great job.

I thought the lamb would have enough herbs so tried to get a chipotle Mac and cheese going. Still have some work to do. I’m dead set on getting a sodium citrate cheese nailed lol.
