Agreed on halal cart. They are pretty good. Grilled chicken on a stick dumped into a hot dog bun is what ill grab usually

I was partial to the beef from those carts. I never knew what they called it though. That is halal? What kind of sauce is that and what kind of seasoning should I use on beef pieces? I just remember that those things were awesome.
