CAJUNLAND.
It is great. Has a unique sweet smell and taste to it.

Zats is too Salty But will work. Not sayiing it is bad.
Louisiana is way better. I do however add extra red pepper. I do so with most brands.
I have found that most places that sell crawfish make their own seasoning. These will beat the store bought seasonings. I like to keep Louisiana seasoning on hand and do use it quite often.

I'm sure some can make a good one, but I meant you walk into a store, which one do you grab?
Or do you have a certain kind shipped to you?

Louisiana is the best, but the most important contraversy is soak vs shake/steam.
Soak is the only way to go
