Louie's Cafe - BR - are these new hours permanent?

Was out by LSU last night finishing up moving my daughter into her dorm (no pics) and noticed Louie's was closed when we passed. Noticed on their website they are open from 6:30 am to 3 pm.
Is this permanent, or staffing related?

I doubt it’s permanent but every restaurant is currently understaffed. I’m sure they are too.

Is that a joke? What an absolute abomination if true. I lived off of late night Louis after the bar when I was at LSU
