Looks like a lot of places are suspending takeout and delivery, but I do want to get something for the wife and I tonight, something on the somewhat higher end of things (ie not sandwiches and the like). No BBQ.

The Link group is suspending service it appears, so I'm looking for something that is worth it.

What have you gotten so far that turned out ok?

Impastato's still has pick up. Uncle picked up the five course meal with soft shell crabs for me this week and it was a foretaste of heaven. I am so sad, though. I hope whatever you choose you savor every bite.

Thanks. Aiming a little higher than Impastato's.

Dear Friend,

Is Domino’s still delivering? Are they skimping on the toppings in this economic crisis? Do you calibrate your scale every so often? I’d hate to see you get bad data.

Sincerely,

Patois or GW Fins perhaps? Most will be a limited seafood menu due to it being a Friday during Lent. I think Doris Metropolitan is still doing their full menu as well.

That's one of the front runners right now, I think.

We’ve done ancora (since closed) , bearcat, Brown butter, & blue giant.

Might do Coquette tonight if it’s in the budget. shite adds up

We have only done Atchafalaya last weekend.

currently looking at:

Coquette
Lilette
Paladar
Toups

I'd love to do Blue Giant but wife might not. There's a few things on BG I still want to try.

My wife is a picky eater but enjoyed Blue Giant. The Dan Dan noodles were to spicy for her but she enjoyed the beef lo mein dish. The egg rolls are GOAT

Blue Giant is very good. I do feel like too much of their menu is WAY WAY too spicy. The eggplant and the dry chili chicken in particular are RETARDED spicy. The chicken was actually too much for me.

This lit me up but that's kinda the point with szechuan peppers.

I’ve only tried the noodle dishes and stir fried rice. I can’t wait to get a group together for the Peking dish when things get back to normal.

Yeah but it was just a bit much for me. To each his own.

Some of the other things I had there were really great.

My wife is eyeing Domenica right now. The family style for 30 seems like a really good deal.

Pizza Dom or Dominica.

Anything that can feed a family for under $30 is a steal. I may be doing the same thing.

It was too much for me as well. I get it's Szechuan, but it overwhelmed everything else.

The Dan Dan noodles were pretty good. I'll have to try some other stuff.

I've been thinking about doing Coquette takeout for awhile now, but I haven't gotten myself to do it yet.

Domenica.

They have a few different versions of it. I doubt it could feed much more than 2, but we were eyeing the Large Salad/Pizza/Large Pasta for 30.

The salad is a Ceasar I think, would get the Squid Ink Pasta and a White Pizza.

You'd probably have to get a 2nd pizza for more than 3 people I'd wager, but still a good deal.
