Looking for something to do during the Saints/Rams game: Walker's Wingmen

I just did some sous vide ribs that I battered and deep fried after. That was my real first time doing sous vide but maybe you can SV them for 24hrs before and then all you have to do when there is batter and flash fry for 1-2 min.
Another idea is I use the new orleans smoked sausage that one of the HFTC teams make to do read beans with, comes out great.
