is it easy to drain/ can you post a picture of the drain system if not a big problem for you/ i cannot find a picture on their website

I’ll grab one in a few. Just wore out some oysters, 2 dozzen, in one pass. Took longer to heat it than cook in it

I will say it’s easy to clean if you do it often just to strain out the bits. If you let them build up it tends to clog and it’s harder to get all the bits out. Someone fabbed up some drain hoses with PVC and a hose with a clamp on it. Crude but it works.
