Anyone know where i can buy some hi temp cheese for sausage making? Im in pike county. Anything between jackson and hammond would be nice. Would like to smoke sunday with cooler temps but none of the major online retailers can get it to me before 2/24

Lil Butcher Shoppe in Hattiesburg always has a solid assortment of cheese. Give them a call.

Have a hard time spending less than $200 when I stop

Did you try Cabela's? There one in Ridgeland.

In Pike Count, you may even have some success contacting Vine's. They likely buy bulk, but they might sell you some.
