Looking for good cajun food within 100 miles of Grosse Tete

That may sound easy...

But I want somewhere that is making a good crawfish étoufée from scratch. A good crawfish bisque as well.

If anyone remembers the old Las' is henderson, that's the sort of quality I'm shooting for.

Please help me out here. Looking for good eats tonight, and honestly don't feel like hitting my usual spots.

Is Prejean's still highly regarded? Or has their quality dropped in recent years? I went a few years ago and found the food to be pretty good.
