Their are lots of recipes out there, but I put together a broccoli salad that uses raw broccoli florets, mayo, mango chutney, sliced almonds, craisins, salt and pepper. You can kind of make it up and add whatever you want. Even people that don't like broccoli like if they try it. The chutney is the key to bold flavor. That and the mayo gives it some wetness, so it isn't too dry.

Cut into 1/4 inch slices and lay on a baking pan. Sprinkle with EVOO and seasoned rice vinegar. Hit with a few grinds of salt and a dash of crushed red pepper.

Pop in a 375 degree oven for @12-15 minutes.

There is a lot of broccoli in chicken divan, of course that would be an entree.
