Guy a the duck camp makes a great one. Never watched him cook or asked for his recipe. Some people keep recipes to themselves

No. It had a roux I think. Brown not red

Spaghetti recipes are like gumbo, many different recipes, some great, some not worth a shite.

When I do a smoked meat spaghetti I do a pink sauce (half red sauce half alfredo) it goes really well with smoked meats.
