I am looking to get some opinions on the best brands of chaurice style sausage that I can either get in Houston or have shipped.

Appreciate the help in advance.

Got some as part of a larger order from Cajungrocer.com - it was good.

Vaucresson is really good. Always have liked Poche's smoked and fresh too.

My favorite comes from Hebert's in Henderson. But I don't think they ship. There's also an Hebert's Specialty Meats in Maurice. They DO ship but I didn't see chourice in their online products.

I'd probably start by calling Hebert's in Henderson then go from there.
