Any ideas on places within reason to buy one of these for next week? I’ve called a couple places with no luck. The lead time changed on the one I had ordered before and there isn’t any guarantee that I can get it for Thursday.

I don’t have the will or the gumption to do it myself. I’d rather just pay someone.

To spatchcock, you just take kitchen sheers and cut out the back bone.

Its very simple.

And pre-brined Turkeys are gross. Dry brining is extremely easy (basically just rub with salt and leave it in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours uncovered.

Bring your turkey and a case of cold beer and I'll knock it out for you.
