Cold is usually heavy on mayo

This is from Boothbay Harbor, ME a couple years ago at a place called Kaler’s


The close one is hot and the one in the back is cold (tough to see a lot of difference). Hot ones are referred to as Connecticut style and cold ones are referred to as Maine style.

Even at small local dives they usually run $15 or more
