I don’t care for the crust at either place, but my wife likes toppings on The Mothership at Red Zeppelin, so we go there occasionally when we are just too lazy to make pizza at home.
I prefer the crust at Rotolo’s Craft and Crust to either Lit or Red Zeppelin, but since they don’t have green olives we go to Red Zeppelin when the wife needs green olives on her pizza.
Homemade pizza baked on a steel in a 550 degree oven will crush pretty much any pizza in town, but I prefer 8 hours to 3 days for my homemade crust and sometimes that just doesn’t work. I need to freeze dough more often.

I like both for different reasons.
Red Zep is great when you have time for it, and I enjoy the beer selection a lot.
Lit is good for when I need a quick pizza fix. There are also locations near my house as well as my office. Good value at $8.50 per pizza.

I prefer Lit pizza but always ask them to cook it extra crispy. Something about their sauce and cheese does it for me.
