Sorry if this has already been posted (used the search and didn't see anything) or if it would fit better on another board.

Lewis Barbecue is opening an Atlanta location next Monday. This will make the third location along with Charleston and Greenville. I just learned about it today, so this has either flown under the radar or I've just missed it. Looks like it is going to be in the Morningside area in Ansley Mall. It will be nice to have a second Texas barbecue place to go along with Fox Brothers.

Will have to check it out. City BBQ is also a Texas-style place, though it's a small chain from Ohio, I think. They have several Atlanta locations and they are worth trying.

Some of the est BBQ I've had. Had no idea I would find it in Charleston. It's phenomenal. Bro in Law and his wife had it catered at their wedding. Will gladly battle ATL traffic for it next week

My buddy in Charleston eats there weekly, raves about it. I will have to check out the ATL location. I just don't like having to go to Ansley Mall to do it.

I've eaten from the Buford location of City and just haven't been that impressed with them.

I forget that Das is Texas style. My family knows the owner's sister and have had samples, but funny enough have never eaten there.
