I tried Cajun Ninjas crawfish burrito casserole last week. Really enjoyed it. I used a pound of Louisiana tails and a pound of gulf shrimp.
Ive also taken the leftover potatoes and half froze them, then cut into fries and fried. Fried the mushrooms before too.

Fried like fish in French bread. Creole mustard, hot sauce and pickles. Lite mayo
