My wife rarely cooks. When she does its pretty good. Would putting chile on watermelon or mangos can't as cooking? If so, I hate that!

I stand by my method buddy. I don't like beef cooked to 200 degrees. Not brisket, not anything.

If it's good enough for Asians it's good enough for me.
I prefer using the rice cooker because they're much easier to clean.
