Lotus of Siam if willing to get off the strip. In-N-Out if you're cheap.

Hot and juicy crawfish in little Asia. Ate there once a week.

Public House in Venetian Restaurant Row. Outstanding small plates and tremendous selection of beers.

If you get a chance to leave the strip, the Las Vegas Chinatown has killer food for a non-touristy price. Monta has some of the best ramen in all of the United States. Kabuto if you like Dreams of Sushi, same Edomae style. I would fly there again just to sup at either of those two eateries.

If you're bound to the strip, try obtaining reservations at Joel Robuchon, MGM. Bring your wallet.

Public House was excellent for beer. Had a Charcuterie platter that was amazing.
Ate at Cut right after. Best steakhouse experience I've ever had. Highly recommend it
