Lamb Shanks, where?

I love the things, but have not found a good place in BR to get. I suspect Iverstine's might have, but hard for me access. Are they seasonal? Catalano's said they have in the spring.
Appreciate any guidance.

I went to Costco with a family member when I was in town about a month ago. They had plenty of lamb and the prices were super reasonable
ETA: do not recall if they had shanks specifically. I just know they had plenty of different cuts of lamb. I used to struggle finding shanks when I lived in Boston so it's possible they are very seasonal. I still think it would be worth a look if you or someone you know has a membership.

I have found rack, chops, legs, but never shanks at Costco. It is difficult for me to go shopping due to a handicap, my wife goes for me, I'll ask her to check there for shanks.

Yeah, they are hard to find outside of spring. I've had excellent pork shanks at a couple restaurants, but I've never seen them in a grocery, and I aways look.

Thanks, I'll quit looking for now.

Yes, Kased's. When I went in there they had goat heads. Pretty sure you can get a lamb shank easy.

Sam's had a bunch the last time I was there, at a fairly good price.

I also go looking for lamb shanks from time to time. Surprisingly, Winn Dixie is where I find them most often.
At smaller groceries like Calandros the butchers will order it for you.
It's very rare at Iverstine's. They specialize in pork and beef.
An annoying thing about shopping for lamb is that it is graded much like beef, but I've never seen the grade displayed in any market. Big price differences between stores might reflect quality or just excessive markup.
If you don't mind letting somebody else cook it, Albasha has a nice lamb shank plate for $24.
