I don’t consider pho and ramen to be the same at all. Ramen will be oily and creamy with runny eggs and fats. Pho is very light. Oily pho is a feaux pas. The flavor profiles are way different as well.
About the only thing that makes them similar is that they have liquid and noodles in a bowl.

Not sure why you’re being downvoted. Ramen and pho are about as similar as jambalaya and risotto.
