How does this place stay open? Been a couple of times and I do like the food, but there is just never anybody in there. Terrible location?

Doubt it. DeAngelo’s was in that same spot for well over a decade.

They do a pretty good takeout business, as well as lunch business. also, I'm relatively certain they got decent rent and an expensive build-out was unnecessary.

I also really like the food there and have observed the same thing. That location is enormous though, not sure how much they are getting charged for rent, but off Jeff HWY next to Bocage I imagine is not cheap

I've asked about the place a few times, and nobody I ask ever knows what I'm talking about. So I think they definitely have a lack of known presence. There's also an Italian restaurant at the same price point directly across the street in a much more prominent building.

Just looked at their Yelp, and the lunch specials are ridiculously cheap. I might have to try it out.

I definitely don't know what you are talking about.

I have eaten here for lunch and dinner a few times. Food is always good (esp those garlic knots with the pink sauce), service is efficient, but the place is always empty.

Last time there, I asked the waitress if they advertised, since I had never seen an ad for the restaurant. She just gave me a funny look.

I actually wonder if it is a money laundering operation like Marty runs in Ozark.

Good place though.

They kill it at lunch.

I really enjoy the place.

They must be doing OK because the owners just opened New York Pizza and Pasta in the old Arby’s building on Jones Creek. Smaller menu, and no fancy dining room, but almost the exact same food for cheaper prices.
