Searched with not much luck. Got Nashville covered, but tell me about Knoxville. Anything must eat/drink?

they have bars, restaurants, etc

Foothills Milling Co in Maryville is pretty tasty.

Knoxville at one point had the most chain restaurants per person.

Suttree's also makes some damn good ramen.
The Casual Pint is a damn solid tap room and beer store downtown
