Knife set recommendations

Looking for a moderately priced knife block set for a Christmas gift for my Mom & Dad. Any thing particular you recommend? The Henckel sets seem to be popular and priced pretty good.

I would have never looked at Calphalon for knives, but this one block was over 1/2 off. It has the self sharpening feature for every blade. Easily the best kitchen knives I have ever used. We use all of them with the exception of the odd tomato knife.

I’ll check it out. I do want one with a sharpener to make it easier for them

I just ordered these, thanks for sharing. Seems like a good deal and good quality.

I got a set of henckels 4 stars for my wedding. That was 20 years ago and they are still awesome.
