Kitchen Upgrades-Stainless Recommendations

In the past few months, I’ve gotten a new set of Wustof’s, a vitamix and 3 Staub pieces. I’m ready to upgrade my pots and pans. I already have two decent Calphalon non stick skillets.
Is there anything better than All-Clad when it comes to stainless? Is it better to just buy a set or a few pieces? Cutlery and more has an extra 20% off, so I may pull the trigger on something this weekend.

I've been using All-Clad for all my cookware for ten years now. No complaints yet.

We have All Clad and I like it. If I knew about demeyere I may have looked at it.
I'll be honest, I'm sure it makes no difference for the wife and I. Frankly T-fal is probably suitable for us. But I like researching things so I'd have considered it before getting our All Clad stuff.
