I don’t understand. Chicken thighs are already low or zero carb. Why add the keto friendly to the subject? Just say a good chicken thigh marinade recipe.

Meat in general can be keto friendly, or not, depending on how you cook it.

Are you really doing Keto if you don’t tell people about it ?

I’m more interested in that Keto beer. Where do you find that ?

Nice job Jax .. I’ll have to try that recipe. Always looking for different ways to cook the best part of the chicken on dat grill.

Hey OP, I smoked skin on thighs today using mesquite. My fovorite part of the bird. One of my favorite ways is to take a can of chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, hit it with a stick blender and marinate the chicken it that. It does have a little kick, but not too bad.
