Anybody know about this? have tried it or have a comment about it? It's a fermented milk product that is far better than yogurt as a pro biotic. Alls I know is this strict intermittent fasting low carb thing I am on for my diabetes is tough but I am hanging on and loosing weight. Bowel movements are few far between and uncomfortable. I tried a glass of this kefir milk couple hours later and poof seems to work.

Yes, I drink Kefir (and kombucha) - it’s very good at helping stomach issues

home made kefirThis didn't get as much attention as I thought it would I figured you foodies would be all over it. We love the stuff got tired buying it ordered some kefir grains on line and have been making it for over 6 months

It's kinda like having a pet the grains ARE alive and growing.

I really like using kefir in my overnight oatmeal. Cuts down on the tang.

Anyone have a recommendation for a good kombucha that’s commercially available? Trying to incorporate more good bacteria in my diet. Not a fan of sauerkraut and finding kimchi around here is problematic.
