I have been buying ALOT of beer from Calandro's over the past 10 years and the way this crap is handled has lost my business. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to purchase elsewhere

I would have handled the way other stores have done so. Once the beer is released, place it on the shelves and let people spend their money it. Raffling off or anything of that such is just way to make more money on something. Simple grocery store logistics:
1. Order Beer
2. Receive Beer
3. Stock Beer
4. Sell Beer
5. Repeat 1-4

Put it on the shelves and let people buy it like normal.

Does Calandros really need to use these tactics to get people in the door?

Regardless, you and the other guy showed y'all asses in here

I gave my case to some bums on side of the Katy Freeway. This beer is more overrated than GitM

I saw some hispanic day laborers under the overpass at west park and 59 drinking what appeared to be a 6 pack of Ghost on Tuesday.

Maybe the Calandros guys if anyone.

How does a free entry raffle make more money?

No one complains when a bar buys a keg or a case of bottle and sits on them for months and builds an event around them, but bc this guy is retail he's held to a different standard and should just put everything on the shelf and not try and promote his business in whatever way he sees fit.

I have no issue with the raffle concept, but the combative nature of the two calandros' employees in this thread will certain cost them future business*...

*until they get a case of Cantillon, then everyone will be up their arse again.

Im fine. refer to your other posts in this thread

And how, in any way, shape, or form do you define being butthurt as someone calmly responding to criticism?

I was driving home from the office, and they looked like they needed some electrolytes and Vitamin C. I gave them the GOATS out of my cooler. They asked what stores sell that great brand of OJ.
